Corporate events

The company party people actually stay for.

A hosted, branded arcade tournament for holiday parties, team days, offsites and celebrations. We bring the games and the host. You bring the people.

Why it works

A party needs something to do.

Most company parties ask people to stand around and make small talk. A tournament gives everyone a reason to mix. The quiet engineer and the loud sales lead end up on the same team, cheering for the same shot.

  • Better turnoutA tournament on the invite gives people a reason to come, and a reason to stay.
  • Easy for everyoneShort rounds and friendly shots. Nobody needs to be an athlete.
  • Fun to watchHalf the room plays. The other half cheers. Both count.
  • Hands off for youOur host runs the whole thing, so you can enjoy your own party.

What a hosted tournament looks like

From first shot to final buzzer.

  1. 01

    Doors open, games on

The stations are set up and branded before your guests arrive. People drift over with a drink and start taking practice shots.

  2. 02

Check in and pick a side

Players scan a QR code to join. Play solo or as teams: departments, offices, or names drawn from a hat.

  3. 03

    The bracket heats up

Our host calls the matches, keeps the energy up, and puts the standings on screen so everyone can follow along.

  4. 04

    Finals and the big moment

The top players face off while the room watches. Winners take home the prizes you picked.

  5. 05

    The recap

After the party you get the final leaderboard and the check-in list. Add the photo and video recap for something to share.

FAQ

Party planner questions.

How much space do we need?

Less than you might think. Tell us about the room and we will recommend a layout, either on a quick call or a walkthrough.

How many people can play?

Everyone who wants to. Bigger groups get more stations so the lines stay short. Share your headcount and we will suggest a setup.

How long does a tournament run?

It fits your event. A quick bracket during a happy hour, or a full night with qualifying rounds and a big final.

What if our team isn't competitive?

Some people will be. Most just want a reason to cheer. Short rounds mean nobody feels put on the spot.

Who brings the prizes?

Your company does, or we can put a prize package together for you. Playing is always free for guests.

Do you do holiday parties?

Yes. Holiday dates fill up first, so reach out early.

Can you come to our office?

Yes. We set up in offices, ballrooms, event spaces and warehouses across Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
