Sponsor activations
Game stations you can sell. Reports that help you renew.
Written for festival and conference organizers. Bandwagon stations become sponsor inventory: branded, staffed and measured. Your sponsors get a crowd, plus a report that shows it.
The renewal problem
Sponsors renew when they can see what they got.
A logo on a banner is hard to measure. A game station is not. Every player checks in, so each sponsor walks away with real numbers from their own station, and you walk into the renewal conversation with proof.
How stations become inventory
New things to put in your sponsor deck.
- Station
One station, one sponsor
Each station carries a single sponsor's brand on screen and on the station.
- Title
Name the tournament
Sell the title of the event tournament or the main leaderboard.
- Prizes
Sponsor the prizes
A sponsor provides the finals prizes and gets the moment on stage.
- Question
Ask one question
Each sponsor can add one opt-in question at check-in at their station.
How it works
You sell it. We run it.
- 01
Plan the inventory
We help you decide how many stations to bring and which placements to offer, based on your layout and your crowd.
- 02
Sell it to sponsors
Add the stations to your sponsor packages. We help you describe what sponsors get, in plain words.
- 03
We brand, staff and host
We set up, brand each station for its sponsor, and keep the games running for the whole event.
- 04
Every sponsor gets a report
After the event, each sponsor gets a report from their own station. You get the full picture across all of them.
The sponsor report
Give every sponsor a reason to come back next year.
Each report is built for one sponsor and only covers their station. It is short, clear and easy to forward to the person who signs the check.
- Check-ins at their station
- Opt-ins and answers to their question
- Their leaderboard and finals moments
- Photos of their brand in action, with the recap add-on
FAQ
Organizer questions.
Who staffs the stations?
We do. Our team runs the games and the lines for the full event.
Do attendees pay to play?
No. Playing is always free. Prizes come from you or your sponsors.
Who sees the player data?
Each sponsor only sees the players who checked in and opted in at their own station. Organizers get the overall picture.
Can you cover a multi-day event?
Yes. Share the schedule and we will plan the stations and staff for each day.
Indoor or outdoor?
Indoor today: ballrooms, convention halls, warehouses and event spaces. An outdoor trailer is coming later.
How early should we talk?
Before your sponsor deck goes out. That way the stations can be part of what you sell.
